Information about Covve
Covve is a web and mobile application which allows Users to better utilize their address book by enriching contacts, allowing the users to easily categorize, visualize and search them and quickly find who they need. Covve’s tools also make sure that Users’ address books are always as complete and up to date as possible.
Covve synchronizes with Users’ address books, such as Gmail contacts, Outlook (Exchange) people and mobile phone contacts book, back- them up and stores them online.
Covve automatically categorizes the contacts by country and location so that the User can filter and search them and keeps the Users’ contacts updated. Covve also adds additional publically available information on the contacts to further complete them.
Finally, Covve allows Users to connect with people in their address books. In order to connect with people in their own address books, the Users have to send a connection request through Covve. If the person that the User wants to connect to does not use Covve yet, the connection request will be sent by email. In order to expand their network to more people by connecting through Covve, Covve Users get notified any time a person in their address book also becomes a Covve User. Invitees need to become users and to explicitly accept the connection invite in order to connect. Connected users share profiles between them, keeping each other’s address book up to date. Covve additionally notifies Users of changes to the profile of other Users they are connected to. Connected users share information on what type of contacts they have, e.g. lawyers in China, but do not share any private information on their contacts. Covve does not share any Personal Information, it only displays General Information about people in Users’ networks.
